flex time, you start, thinking you have a job then find it is part time filling in the gaps of regular security officers. G4S constantly produces a new class of officers every Friday. You wonder where they go. It dawns on you the retention rate is horrendous. You finally get a full time post and find it should be split by 2. 11 hours walking continuously at night is no fun. Raises are practically non existent. You are expendable and can be replaced by next weeks graduate. Company will not accomodate transfer requests and not back up the officer where there is a dispute with the client.
