Worst shift of my life - Recensione dipendente - Security Steward presso G4S

Training is non existent, I had an online course which proved useless then when I arrived at my shift they didn't give me ANY information about what to do. They told me to "STand over there, there isn't enough time to explain" then that was it. I was not told what to do, as a security steward at Hillsborough. How can they let that happen?
