Poor management. no room for advancement. favoritism to the extreme. lack of knowledge about the laws fir employees. Don't care for their employees. pulls mandatory overtime on you all the time. more worried about other thing then then safe and concerns for the employee. The office workers are a joke. Pay checks are always wrong. The office Fires officer that their clients like due to fear that the client will start asking questions.
