I've learned new things, new skills and become more confident in what I do and in dealing with people. Sometime challenging, always interesting, there is always plenty to do and new things to learn. With a company of this size, sometimes getting information and news to all levels throughout the business is slower than ideal and sometimes the message gets disrupted along the way. This is a shame as sometimes parts of the business must feel left out or isolated, but that's not the intention.
