Just like any manufacturer you will have samples to deal with, but if you haven' t done that yet then your not in sales.

Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
