Focus for upper management is to narrowly skewed towards engineers. Has been on a 12 day on 2 day off schedule for going on 19 months and production does not look to slow any time soon. Every seemingly small project seems to need an engineer to head it which then takes multiple months to complete instead of hours. Many employees take advantage of the loose attendance policy leaving production short staffed during times of need.
