Forced 16 hour shifts. 12 days on 2 days off. New hires will work on the off days some of the time. Loves to stink up the city of Minneapolis. (Call 311 if you have a complaint about the smell/pollution)

Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
