The company has good salary levels for both hourly and salary positions. Not a big amount of turnover in the company

There appears to be lack of communication between many corporate departments which leads to confusion and sometimes double work or areas going in different directions.

Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
