Pre and during pandemic this company put it’s employees first. Post pandemic is another world. The pandemic is still present (all the precautions) but the pandemic is over (come back to the office). The inconsistency of what you can/can’t do drives employees insane. Looking for perm work from home? Make sure you don’t live within driving distance to the office. Only new employees are offered permanent options, not existing ones. No room for growth in certain areas of the company. If you want true flexibility this isn’t the place. They are slowly working back to a 5 day in office work week.
