      Work life balance was unmatched and this company really took the idea of putting your family first and ran with it. I always felt valued and that my personal life was just as important as my work life.

      Hard to find openings without having to move. Having a company that holds onto their employees can make it hard to find a way in and this is even more relevant on your way up the company ladder

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
