Management is really bad, no one cares about employee concerns. No career path. Milking the workers and keeping them under paid, understaff while the company is making millions of profit. Companies moto is money money money. Hiring unnecessary VP's, most likely current hire ups hooking up their friends with jobs. When that money can be used towards current employees to keep them happy and want to stay working for them. No contribution towards employees. (Pizza and food is not contribution), reality is employees should be compensated for extra work that's being milked from them. Yealy raise is 3%, it's a joke working in NYC, and company is making in millions. Hire ups calling shots for employees to return to the office, while they "work" from home in their PJs.
