As a company that provides software and consulting for legal, ethical and regulatory compliance it is refreshing to see that ethics and sincerity are the foundations upon which the organization was built. GAN takes great care of employees and and a true sense of equality and respect from an entry-level new hire through to the CEO. I couldn't ask for a better set of collaborators.

As a somewhat newer and smaller company, there are still some remnants from the "mature startup" phase that are being worked through.

Good work life balance, able to take pto, mental health days encouraged.

Product is broken. Lots of pressure to do things quickly.
