Great! Then talk internally and if your idea makes sense, you can push for it straight away + Great personal development opportunities thanks to a strong HR platform put in place - e.g. after 2 years, I was able to work for in another office for some months and completed a transaction there + Several extra activities outside work will enable you becoming familiar with this great Team
