Immense opportunity for career growth due to smaller teams with senior management will to listen to requests for staffing changes/support as needed. Be prepared to work, a lot, especially as an entry level person. However, when you put in your time and showcase you're valuable asset senior management is always willing to work with you to make changes if you're feeling overwhelmed. IT is offsite which can be challenging when you need a problem fixed ASAP.
