- Difficult work/life balance - Constantly understaffed - Senior management is heavily focused on bringing in new business, and this often comes at the expense of delivering quality work to existing clients/accounts - If you're in a middle/senior management role, 60% of your time during a given week will be spent managing a budget and not producing/delivering quality work for clients; account leads are responsible for far too many internal processes that ultimately take away from managing their teams and promoting excellence, especially at the junior level
