We regret that you have had the experience you shared; however, we always appreciate honest feedback so we can continue to evolve and put people at the center of all we do. We encourage you to speak with your manager, HR, or another senior leader at GCIH if you’re more comfortable, to discuss how we can work to improve your work life/balance and collaboration with team members. As an organization, one of our values is “We are kind and collaborative,” and we would like the opportunity to address any scenario where our people feel we are not living our values.
We are proud of our efforts to support work/life balance, including flexible work schedules in the summer to allow for Summer Days, extra Wellness Days off through the year, and refining our ways of working to allow for meeting-free Friday afternoons among other changes driven by employee feedback. Further, we are excited to be on a journey of making diversity, equity, and inclusion the standard for all we do at GCI Health. While we have much more to do, we are proud of the efforts made thus far to foster an inclusive, equitable and diverse workplace. We welcome any and all ideas on what we can be doing better to ensure we hire and retain best-in-class talent from various backgrounds and experiences.
