Great internship program that was well structured!

Not much to not like here!

Good Salary . Shares the success with employees . Work/Life balance

Hired a new General Supeintendent rather then promote from within so that person understands the culture . The new General is stuck in its old ways and does not have the pulse of the company which is not surprising since he never had this position before . Has his favorites that he hired from his previous company . For example during a Supers meeting he brings all the guys he hired and tells the other Super if you have any problems ask this guy cause he knows civil , ask this guy cause he know this , etc.... In my opinion if your a Super and Im a Super we are one ! Not seperated to make you feel like your inadequate in a certain field . Goes to show you his old school way of thinking and those practices should go in the thrash !!
