Good work/life balance Laid back atmosphere If you do your job & not get involved in mess, you can actually learn a lot, esp in HPLC.

messy co-workers (never seen a group of chemists gossip & create so much drama, not all but you'll see which ones) benefits trash/no 401K limited earning potential due to mandatory closings for Jewish holidays outdated equipment/won't get with the times
