- no work life balance. you might work on weekend/public holiday. no matter what fun event you have, if the culture is still fundamentally broken, it will be just short term solution - unrealistic target and KPI - you can get scold in meeting with so many people by the boss - "everything more than 1 week is slow" is very unrealistic dogma from CEO. there are tasks clearly need time to finish longer than 1 week
