Good salary and commission. If you work hard and want to, there are opportunities to progress. Nice colleagues.

Stressy environment. Direction changes almost day by day depending on who thinks they're in charge. Poor work-life balance (I received emails and text messages outside of working hours asking me to do urgent stuff often). Your hours can often change the day before and you have no say. If you are unhappy about something, management would say you can leave instead of trying to resolve the issue. A strong blame culture where people don't take responsibility for their mistakes but rather point fingers. This is because the company is run by fear and people get demoted or fired often.
