This company does not care about your personal life and only a few individuals really do show they care.
The benefits are being cut left and right, causing the best individuals to seek employment elsewhere, which sucks because when I started, I learned so much from the smarter people in the room. Now, they have all left for better things.
You are a number to them, nothing else.
