      Good salary in good business environment

      Driven by short term incentives with little technical sensitivity by finance jugglers. A once great high tech company has completely lost its drive to excellency and is preparing to marginalize a once admired brand. Loosing tech know how and running the company on a shoe string for years is not sustainable and will not succeed. Do "America first" is a bad idea if you are running a global company. If it is "fix it , sell it or close it" you need to have deliver on all three not only 2 and 3. The destructive energy that the company reveals is not matched by anything positive.

      My first job after college and my internship was a great experience. I learned a lot about medical devices and the medical device industry, and I even got promoted to site leader pretty quickly.

      My training was nonexistent; I learned everything from medical device service manuals. In my region, a billion-dollar company offered no bonuses or decent pay, and the management was micromanaging and horrible.
