GEHC ignores the people that "run" the business and only focus on $$$ - Recensione dipendente - Associate presso GE HealthCare

The Executives are completely focused on making $$. Don't let GEHC fool you, they are a FOR PROFIT business and if you don't bring in deals, your voice is ignored. DEI is alive and well here. Managers don't manage/teach/guide their teams. All IT has been outsourced overseas with people who have NO vested interest in the company. There is so much dysfunction with platforms and systems since agreeing to using MS ....it's a joke. Teams don't talk to each other to solve problems. Their response to anything is "it would be too expensive to solve (i.e. fix)". In my 30 year career, I have NEVER been at such a dysfunctional company that cares so little for their employees. Culture and value flows from the top and GEHC is a do as I say, not as I do company.
