Vantaggi
The pay is higher than other carriers when you do well. That’s just about it at this point.
Svantaggi
The “inclusive culture” has been shot to smithereens. It’s become miserable to work here. No work/life balance - you will work 50-60 hours a week and it’s still not enough to satisfy them. No consideration for customers annymore and WAY less for employees. The PTO change coming in 2026 is laughable and benefits contributions keep going up while COLA raises are minimal or non-existent. I have no qualms with the wonderful people I have worked with over the time I’ve worked here - both teammates, direct supervisors and reports. The bottom-tier folks make the misery borderline tolerable because we all share the misery and memories of what once was a pretty solid place to work at. The crappy decisions in the C-suite trickled down to departmental management and this place sucks anymore. There’s a reason this employer has gone from a solid 3.5-4 rating to under 2.5 in less than 2 years. Not only would I not try to work here, I probably wouldn’t give them a penny of my money either. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere if you want to feel human, appreciated (at all), and for any growth opportunity. This place is the most stagnant organization and any “change” they bring has nothing but profit in mind and none of that goes into your pocket after the benefits changes in the last 5 years. It goes to the tarantulas up high who have literally no idea what goes on in the day-to-day operations. Extremely poor decision-making by every manager beyond the first two tiers. We’re scared to go to work and there’s not a single ounce of job security even with high-performance. Fear of making too much money due to tenure is absolutely real. Turn this around or you’ll lose every decent employee you’ve had after this round of folks retire or leave for something normal. (Not that you care)
