-Pay was good -Benefits were great -They pay for your licensing -The environment was fun, the Spanish team always had a way of keeping things positive and had a great sense of community

-Call volume, back to back calls -Way too strict on restroom breaks, during training you'd have to deduct it from your vacation/PTO balance. Once in Orientation you'd have to deduct it from your allocated breaks -Inconsistencies in policies and procedures during and after orientation/training
