As a servant leader, GEICO aligns perfectly with my purpose and need for me to serve people whether it's customers, associates, partners, etc. Nancy has done exceptional workaround the different offices across nations to work with different teams to bring so many newer opportunities and positive changes to GEICO's culture. My main pros is change is encouraged. GEICO is always focusing on ways to improve and holds no judgement for any type of criticism. Everyone in all platforms are very communicative, supportive and caring. So excited to build a long term career here as someone who started 2025!
