You get 2 months of in-class training and a month of transition training, so when you do leave to your team, you’re not completely lost. - Co-workers are friendly and helpful. Claims can be very stressful and they do their best to try to keep morale high but having parties, special fun days, and prize giveaways. - weekends off depending on the position

- There is no way you’re leaving on time. You are always doing overtime which can get old fast. - it can be overwhelming. New claims are constantly coming in and it’s very easy to fall behind. Monday’s are the worst because that’s when you get the most claims. - Claims Adjusters are expected to handle everything with exception of AD. I think they need to take some of the stress off by breaking the teams up into various departments. - 97% dependability. If you’re late more than three times you’re gone. They don’t care about traffic, emergencies, bad weather, or accidents. If you’re late or miss a day while you’re on orientation, you’re gone.
