The 2.5 year program is really closer to 4-5 years. When you call them out on this, they'll tell you "things change constantly". If you complain, you're called into a meeting where you're all told to put a smile on your face and just put up with the inconsistencies. You're half trained for a department, then thrown in with a team, and told "you're an MDP, be better than everyone else". And worst of all, there is NO consistency among sups or management. They set their own rules, and you never know what the rules and regulations are from one sup to the next.
