Great Company Decent pay Gilbert location close to my home

No training structure at all. Abusive role play is the only training method. I had not had a chance to see the sales software, learn the Geico guidelines for insurance. But during the 1st to the last role play. I was constantly ridiculed, questioned, insulted, demeaned, humiliated and embarrassed in front of the entire 6 agent office about information, procedures I had not been taught or even presented with to learn. The most unprofessional Manager I have ever experienced. Jay Harris is an angry individual. I walked out after my 3rd week. You could not pay me enough money to be spoken to like that in any occupation
