Let’s hire a new employee in your place that won’t be paid as much to save on the companies bottom line. There HAS to be a balance and this starts with EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT. They’ve taken away and realistic opportunity to get a raise yearly, under the guise of two performance reviews per year BUT you can exceed performance expectations and be DENIED a raise because you’re too close to the mid-point for your position. OR “there weren’t enough funds allocated.” EXCUSE ME? WHAT?
