Structure is good. Corporate development is good track to take. If you put in the time, it will benefit you in the end.

Long hours. It takes it's toll, but it is expected initially. As in any position, those initial hours will be daunting and somewhat tedious, but you have to put things in perspective: I came in entry level, and you are expected to show your "credibility" to your supervisors. Those long hours will show how you differentiate from your other co-workers and will give you a bearings of whether or not "this" is really where you would like to be.
