The management team is, for the most part, very competent. There is a camaraderie that you don't find in a lot of companies.

Like any call center, there is always the push to be more and more efficient. So, even if your results are good, there's always a push to get to that next level. Of course, there are monetary compensations for that. But, sometimes, it gets a bit grating.
