I gained some great experience through field and lab work within the geotechnical field. Overall great management and work environment with a small company that is full of hard-working individuals.

I went to school for geology and was told by their hiring company, a completely unrelated entity, this was a great job for geologists. They were correct that this was a good job to have, but it had very little to do with geology, as many geologists that came through were confused as to why they were hired, and would quit within a short time. My only qualm was with the hiring staff which was chosen by GEM.
