too many people in management are ex-forklift drivers with no training and a big ego to match. constant cutting of staff in the Scottish depot with no transport manager and no idea of who is running what. bad maintenance of trucks and most trailers falling apart and illegal. changes and general operations information not past on to those that matter. health and safety ignored and impossible timings imposed
