- Some social events and free dinners - Get to work on some well-known clients - Some people in the office are very nice - The company has definitely been trying to improve it's image and processes in London - Work-life balance is better than the industry average

- Compensation well below any benchmark - Leadership and middle management are abysmal and at times abusive to staff. A few senior people are single-handedly responsible for several people leaving due to their inability to communicate and their condescending, backstabbing style - Promotions very political and unlikely based on performance - Not a consultancy but an outsourcing shop - and not a structured, highly professional one at that
