      Good architecture, a lot to learn in terms of development. Developers built an amazing piece of software.

      CEO loves to give ownership of features to developers and at the same time, micromanage them. Managers and team leads are just for JIRA board management. Focus is more on the number of tickets done, not on the quality or depth of ticket scope. Many reviews are not real (HRs told us to put good reviews, you can confirm it by seeing the intensity of reviews posted in a particular month)

      Salary on time and decent package

      No proper training provide. Unrealistic targets. Work from home is no use Management will not listen to your feedback. Wrong company to work with. There is no culture for remote employees.
