The manager leading the whole group people try to get rid of one preganent women. This manager's management style is:keep get rid of the used employee and keep hiring for new and better one. This has been continuous happen in my group. When report to HR with 100% confidence envidence, HR said : "oh this is hard to believe, so HR cannot believe what happened. So that manager keep abuse the employee and try to fire this people. This is what happen in my group. Two law case had been raise toward this manager, HR stil do nothing to him.
