Great leads without the windshield time between them you can find at other places. Strong reputation makes it easier to sell. Great sales team that supports each other and provides knowledge and advice on upcoming appointments.

Work late some nights but not as often as before the pandemic due to people working from home and Zoom meetings.

Some of the duties that I performed at GF Sprague prepared me for the position I am currently in. It was a great learning experience.

For starters, I have to agree with the previous review. It is fairly difficult to work for this company as the owner is just awful. It is a very small office in which about 3-4 employees share a small space and cater to Mr. Sprague's every need. Very little room for advancement or growth. Some of the tasks delegated are absurd and are not a part of the job description. A few words to describe him are sexist, a dictator, arrogant, and moody. Unfortunately, I was in quite a few uncomfortable situations while working for Sprague and it was unbearable (to say the least) to watch how he treated my former co-workers as well. The turn over rate with this company is extremely high. Needless to say, no one wants to work for this man. Nevertheless, I ended my relationship with Sprague as it was becoming extremely toxic to my well being.
