everything, management really unprofessional, usually they wondered on what project to put me. Colleagues figured out i earned more than them and make working impossible, instead of helping they struggled to find ways to hinder my work. They required me to get the knowledge transfer of one really complex project in 2 weeks (and start developing independently), which normally is done in months even for simpler projects. Most of the time i didn't have work and nobody even tells you what to do. Project managers and senior levels are there from years and usually were just trying to create the most complex structure for the projects in order to be difficult for the client to switch to another provider I was placed on several projects which were no match for my skills and were just to fill my time. Pure INCOMPETENCE on all levels, STAY AWAY!
