I was receiving "can we also do that..." requests from a client even though shots were locked as finals and already cut into a show. Shot mockups,concept and description from a client before rushing into a shot would be helpful. At some point, lack of supervision, but I'm OK with it.

The company works on extremely challenging projects so lots to learn here. Pay based on your expertise, quality and speed, iam happy with my pay. The company has worldwide employees and works on international projects

Extra responsibility than intended. Revisions from client that were initially approved. Higher expectations from Junior artist.
