      They have busy seasons back-to-back, so there's plenty to do for most of the year.

      Very clicky and unprofessional leaders. Some really good workers were fired for reasons unrelated to their employment. You never know if you're next no matter how hard you work for them. Very hot headed and Jeckle and Hyde sort of atmosphere.

      this place sucks. they lay you off with no notice after being a reliable employee for years

      literally everything. micromanaged like crazy, but also not cared for. no room for growth. bosses defintely play favorites and make it very clear that you are replaceable.
