The only 5 star reviews this company gets are from it's corporate employees or new employees they ask to please leave a review. The blame game is alive and well at this company. Has been for years. Ask around and beware. Nothing has changed here regardless of what they tell you. The blaming starts at the top and instead of support you feel threatened every day you come to work. I guess if you continue to fire people and place blame instead of support you never have to have the property or company performing at 100%. Truly hostile work environment.

If you’re trying to break into the industry, this is a solid place to start. The pay is competitive and there are opportunities to earn additional income, which is honestly what keeps most people around. You will learn a lot — quickly — simply because you’ll be wearing multiple hats from day one.

That same sink-or-swim environment is also the biggest drawback. Training is minimal, and you’re expected to juggle several roles at once, which makes it nearly impossible to develop deep expertise in your actual position. Expectations are high, but the support from leadership doesn’t always match. Some managers are trustworthy, others are not, and it can be difficult to feel backed by the organization. Advancement is tough — requests for promotions or schedule changes are often shut down without much explanation. The workplace culture can be cliquish, and gossip is common, so the best strategy is to come in, do your job well, and head home. Keeping to yourself goes a long way.
