The projects/clients that rolled through resulted in enjoyable final products

While I was employed, work-life balance needed a bit of improvement. The team was very small (5-8 maximum), and you would occasionally be messaged/expected to work outside of work hours. However; being contract this was fine- if you ask for a proper rate.

You can learn various skills since they often ask you to do tasks that are beyond your job description.

Overtime- They often force employees to work overtime and on weekends without paying overtime pay. No Respect- There are cameras installed everywhere, and even voices are recorded. As I know recording voices without employees' consent is illegal, but they didn't even inform us. Also, the artists don't have their own designated computers. People who work remotely on weekends or at night come in and use any available computer. Salary- The salary is very very low, and freelancers often do not receive their pay on time. I also received my first payment very late before becoming a full-time employee. Parking- They provide only two tandem parking spaces for all artists, so only four artists can park their vehicles on the company's parking lot.
