      Employee benefits are still evolving. Need to build a business model where hourly paid employees have defined time off. The company is very flexible, but the lack of a formal process/policy gives rise to uncertainty, limiting acquisition of new talent.

      Upper/corporate management seems to not quite have a handle on everything and appear to be micromanaging everything. No one seems to have clear answers for anything and everyone has a different answer. Company policies are stuck in the 1980’s and are behind industry and contemporaries’ standards.
