1. Very bad experience working with GKB online or gkboptical.com, Manager is not a professional person. Bad politics. 2. There is no salary slab in this organization.Executive level only get the 5-10% increment whether manager level get more than 15% increment. 3. There is no good HR policy and no benefits for the executive level. 4. Hard to find the professional approach towards work in higher level. 5. No proper training and induction for new comer.There is no helping hand from management side. 6. During rainy season washroom,dispatch and return department is under water.Crisis of drinking water. 7. Managers never takes the decisions and always passes the ball to executive level. 8. We are still using Kingsoft instead of Microsoft office. 9. There is no scope of professional growth and learning.Managerial post are occupied by the person for years. So there is no scope of promotion for down level employees. 10. There is no scope of variation of work.Responsibilities which are allocated to us at the time of joining, we are bound to keep doing the same even after five to six years.
