      Was a good place to start a career and get experience. The training, onboarding and benefits were good a few years ago. Met a lot of friends / great people.

      Not caring about their employees anymore, layoffs and unpredictably, blaming employees / putting the burden on workers when the company is at fault for being less successful. Senior people leaders who are there because of tenure and not ability. GLG laid off 5+ people on maternity leave or currently pregnant in a recent layoff round…. Very bad look.

      People at the peer level are great and you learn about some interesting industries

      This is the worst place I have ever worked. Management does not care about you. They put on a front, but push and push and ask for more no matter how hard you work. You can be a top performer, but if you leave on time to go home they're not happy. It's never enough and the work never ends. It's just not worth it.
