Good coworkers, good for networking

People are promoted into management based on who is friends with senior leadership. I have had great managers and I have had horrible managers that made me want to run into the street. They also constantly are reorganizing, so if you do have a bad manager you’ll probably get a new one in the new year Poor communication from leadership, they are trying to push everyone to the limit or fire them. I know one “key leader” hates wfh and hates the Austin office and their game plan is to get rid it. They have also circled through so many c-suites in the past few years, it’s wild. If you get a job here I’d recommend staying a maximum of two years

People at the peer level are great and you learn about some interesting industries

This is the worst place I have ever worked. Management does not care about you. They put on a front, but push and push and ask for more no matter how hard you work. You can be a top performer, but if you leave on time to go home they're not happy. It's never enough and the work never ends. It's just not worth it.
