      There are numerous advantages to working for Gerson Lehrman Group. This organization is extremely organized and professional with all of their clients on a consistent basis. They are the leading research organization in their field with positive feedback from their clients as well as the consultants. I have been happily employed with them since 2005 and love the atmosphere and positive culture they provide.

      There are really no downsides to working for Gerson Lehrman Group. The only thing I could possibly say is, it would be nice to receive more work projects however, that is not necessarily a con.

      This is the worst place I have ever worked. Management does not care about you. They put on a front, but push and push and ask for more no matter how hard you work. You can be a top performer, but if you leave on time to go home they're not happy. It's never enough and the work never ends. It's just not worth it.
