It's a glorified recruiting job with lots of cold calling and emailing. I felt like I was bugging people most of the time but there is no way to get around it. The expected hours are 8-6 but you will stay on until closer to 7. Someone has to be on a night shift every night as well as Holidays. The people that excel in this role are "on" basically all day including weekends. Ask the right questions in the interview to make sure you're the right person for the job.
