- too many rounds of restructuring (going back and forth to old models that didn’t work in the past) - leadership concentrated in the US leaving EMEA folks out of strategic decisions that have a direct impact on their role progression and responsibilities - unclear compensation for various levels (still quite a bit of gender pay gap within the same departments) - lots of cost cutting and reduction in salaries if you want to remain with them - lots of decisions taken without a proper due diligence process and implications - some departments currently have leaders who are unaware of what their directs are doing on a day to day basis - lots of redundancies across the board from the most tenured individuals who were high performers and the company seems to hire more juniors that are now trained to do the job of 3 professionals - not enough incentives to go above and beyond on a daily basis as targets are unachievable due to the chaotic restructure, leaving folks obtain a very small percentage of their bonus; therefore, lower compensation overall for the year - trying to get rid off majority of remote workers even though they are not client facing
